At DP&L, we continually strive to improve the overall experience for our residential and business customers. Through MyDP&L customers can use any device to manage their account online. Recently introduced features include home energy insights with personalized energy-saving recommendations, the ability to update contact information and online moving service requests that can be processed in real-time. Additionally, DP&L upgraded the outage map which is a valuable tool that provides detailed information about power outages, enabling customers to make critical decisions regarding what they need to do until power is restored.
