Who qualifies

All AES Ohio customers with a good payment history and a bank plan.

Customers enrolled in the PIPP program are only eligible to enroll in automatic payments through AES Ohio E-Bill.

If you're not enrolled in E-Bill:

Customers who receive paper bills: Print out the enrollment form, complete it and mail it in with a voided check or deposit slip.
