Companies AES Ohio uses for collections and field service work. 

AES Ohio contracts a portion of our collections and field service work to outside companies. For your protection, please verify that anyone who approaches you to collect money for your AES Ohio bill is either an AES Ohio employee or an approved contractor.

AES Ohio employees and contractors carry identificationAll AES Ohio employees carry photo identification cards. If you are not sure if a service person is an AES Ohio employee, ask to see their identification. You may call us to confirm that the person is from AES Ohio.
