"I like working for AES Ohio because it is a fun and safe way for me to provide a good life to my family and the camaraderie is great too. As for how the future goes, I am interested to see how our ideas with safety and how we work will evolve to make us better as a whole."
"AES Ohio is a great place to work and the people I work with are amazing. Every customer wants reliable electric service and the AES team goes out of their way to provide this to them. Uniting as one brand opens up more opportunities for electricity options, like wind, solar or batteries. It allows us to combine purchasing resources to lower customer costs as well as provide more team members to provide the best service we can to our customers."

“I am proud to say that AES is an excellent place to work. People are happy and motivated. We celebrate our successes and stand together as a team during hours of need, such as a storm or any other crises. I am very excited that we are getting united under one brand, AES Ohio. That gives me a great sense of pride and security. It makes me feel that I am part of one of the leading entities in the power sector. AES’ effort in exploring new renewable energy and providing a carbon-free grid and cleaner energy is quite admirable.”
Investing in new technology
With a revitalized grid, we can now pinpoint the location and cause of issues in our infrastructure. This operational efficiency provides us with a better assessment to know what and who it takes to resolve any outage issues.
